Development Review Committee

The powers of the Development Review Committee are described below. Powers should be interpreted as activities that are optional:
  1. Review and forward comments to the Plan Commission regarding commercial & industrial site plans
  2. Review and make recommendations to the Plan Commission regarding primary and secondary plats
  3. Other duties as assigned by the Plan Commission, including but not limited to reviewin requests for annexation, change of zoning, and planned developments.
