Fire Station #1

Fire Station #1 is also houses the headquarters for the Portage Fire Department.  The station includes the following:

The Administration Offices include:

  • Chief's Office
  • Asst Chief Fire Operations
  • Asst Chief EMS Operations 
  • Division Chief of Training 
  • Division Chief of Inspections/Prevention
  • Headquarters
  • Classroom & Meeting Room
  • Information Technology

The station currently houses a 24 hours a day staff and the following equipment:

  • Ladder #1 Advance Life Support (Quint)
  • Rescue #1 Advance Life Support
  • Engine #1 Basic Life Support (Training/Standby)
