Youth Soccer
Portage Parks' soccer program is designed to be a fun, recreational activity that emphasizes safety, sportsmanship, and skill development.
VOLUNTEER COACHES WANTED. No soccer experience is required and training will be provided. The park also offers our coaches the opportunity to have an instructor visit their first few practices for assistance.

Indoor Youth Soccer League
7 week soccer program modeled after our outdoor league. Children will be grouped by age (3-4 year olds and 5-6 year olds).
Dates: January 11 - February 22. Practices and games Wednesday nights, 5:30 - 7pm
Registration Deadline: December 16
Ages: 3-6
Location: Woodland Park (Oakwood Hall)
Cost: $35/resident, $40/non-resident

Spring Soccer 2012!
Date: Games begin Saturday, May 5, 2012. (7-weeks - no game Memorial Day weekend)
Registration: January 3 - March 30
Ages: 3-14
Location: Imagination Glen Park
Cost: $40/resident $45/non-resident. $5 off for additional siblings. $10 late fee for any signups after March 30
Divisions: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-14
Children will be placed in divisions based on their age as of May 5, 2012. Children must be at least 3 and no older than 14 as of May 5, 2012 in order to be eligible to participate. Copy of birth certificate required at signup if we do not already have it on file.
Fall Soccer 2012!
Date: Season begins Saturday, August 25, 2012 (7-weeks - no game Labor Day weekend)
Registration: May 7 - July 20
Coaches Meeting: Wednesday, August 1 at 5:30pm - Sycamore Hall at Woodland Park
Ages: 3-14
Location: Imagination Glen Park
Cost: $40/resident $45/non-resident. $5 off for additional siblings. $10 late fee for any signups after July 20

Soccer Complex - Imagination Glen East
Our new complex complete and currently being used for games and practice!!! A concession stand, playground, and 64' x 16' shelter are just a few of the amenities. The complex is locted near the BMX track on IN 149.
F.A.Q.
| Q: What is included in the cost of registration? |
| A: Your child will receive a jersey shirt, an end of the year picnic, and a participation trophy. |
| Q: If I cannot attend the practice chosen by the coach, may I switch my child to another team? |
| A: Due to the large number of conflicts involved with transfering a child, we will not be able to do so. |
| Q: How many times does a team practice a week? |
| A: Typically, the younger divisions will practice once a week for about an hour. Older divisions often practice twice a week. |
