BMX Track

 
 
If you are interested in BMX then you have come to the right place. Portage Parks offers a BMX track facility open for practice and races  santioned by the American Bicycle Association (ABA). The quality track is a result of volunteer labor buy the Steel Wheels BMX organization. The track is open for races and practices on a weekly basis and our newly installed lights will give you the opportunity to ride at night. Helmets, elbow guards and long pants are required.  Bikes need to have pegs, chain guards, and front rear reflectors as well as having working brakes.  Concession & resroom facilities available.  Loaner bikes available on a limited basis for reasonable rental fee.  Loaner helmets available at no charge.

Track Schedule
 
Practice: Tuesdays and Fridays 6-9 p.m. $5.00.  First outdoor practice is scheduled for May, 4, 2012...weather permitting.
 
RACING REGISTRATION COST
Thursday 6:30 to 7:30pm Class / Cruiser  $7.00, Open $3.00
Saturday 6:30 to 7:30pm Class / Cruiser $10.00, Open $5.00
