Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for considering to support Portage Parks & Recreation.  Your financial contribution will not only provide invaluable advertisement to your organization, but it will also help to provide superior service for the Portage community.  

 

 
Youth Soccer Sponsorship
We are now accepting sponsorships for our spring youth soccer league.  In exchange for sponsoring the league, we will place your logo on the back of one team's shirts.  The cost for this opportunity is $175 for spring season or $300 for both spring and fall.  The deadline to sponsor a spring team is Monday, April 2nd.

 

 
Facility Sponsorship
For just $200, provide your own 3' x 6' banner and we will display it at your choice of the Softball Complex at Imagination Glen, the BMX Track at Imagination Glen, the Woodland Dog Park, or the Woodland Skate Park.  Banners will be displayed from April through October and must first be approved by park staff.  The facility sponsorship deadline is Monday, April 2nd.

 
 
5K Sponsorship 
For your $250 5K sponsorship, we will place your company logo and information on the back of all 110+ runner shirts for our 5K held in August.  The 5K sponsorship deadline is Wednesday, August 1st. 
 
 
Program Guide Sponsorship
Another option is purchasing a sponsor ad for our seasonal program guide, which details upcoming recreational and special event opportunities.  Over 6,000 guides are published and distributed through the Portage Township School system, at the Portage Public Library, our offices at Woodland Park, Porter County Tourism in Chesterton, and various businesses around town.  The next seasonal is set for late May distribution.  For just $175, you will receive a quarter-page, FULL color, 5" x 3.5" advertisement in our summer guide!  Want a bigger ad? For just $300, we will double the size of your ad to a 5" x 7" half-page.  Your financial support will not only provide exposure of your business to a wide range of potential customers, it will also offset the cost of the program guide, freeing up these funds to be spent on programs and facilities.
 
 
Harvest Festival Music Sponsor
Each sponsor's name will be prominently displayed on our event posters and flyers.  It will also be displayed during the event.  There are several sponsorship levels but no donation is too small.  Your help would be greatly appreciated!  Bronze Level: $50, Silver Level: $100, Gold Level: $150, Platinum Level: $200.
 
 
How to Sponsor
To be part of this effort, simply determine the right option for your organization, download and complete the application, and mail it along with your check to the department. We will then be in contact with you to obtain your advertisement.
