Oakwood Grand Hall Table Setting at Yacht Club

Portage Parks & Recreation Department is proud to offer the community the finest in banquet facilities. Set in a beautiful scenic Oak Savanna, Woodland Park is host to some of the finest balls, galas, and weddings in the region. The Oakwood Grand Hall, Woodland Park's largest banquet facility, comfortably accommodates up to 650 guests. Sycamore Hall and the Hickory Hollow Room are also situated within Woodland Park's main edifice and are the perfect spots to invite guests for wedding and baby showers, company parties, and business meetings. Beautifully decorated Sycamore Hall is located on the second floor of the main building and can accomodate up to 160 guests, banquet style. Try the Blue Spruce Room for a more private gathering which still allows easy access to outdoor activities.

The Portage Yacht Club is another beautiful location for weddings and large gatherings. Conveniently located close to major highways with hotels just minutes away, the Yacht Club has four separate rooms of varying sizes with features such as hardwood dance floors, bar amenities, and great outdoor views from the second story balcony. The main hall will accomodate 160 guests banquet style for weddings, meetings, and special gatherings.
