Investement incentives, inlucding Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Tax Abatements, and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts are initiated though the City of Portage Common Council. All application forms and initiation information can be obtained from the City Attorney's Office.

The City of Portage; Department of Community Planning & Development coordinates fully with the Portage Economoc Development Corporation (PEDCO) in matters relating to Economic Development.
