Notice of Public Hearing Be it known that on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., the Common Council for the City of Huntington, Indiana ("Council") shall conduct a public hearing on Incipia Devices LLC's ("Applicant's") requested waiver for certain non-compliance pursuant to Indiana Co 6-1.1-12.1-11.3 in the form of proposed Resolution 6-R-24. All persons interested are asked to attend and be heard. Said hearing shall be held in Council Chambers on the third floor of the City Building located at 300 Cherry Street, Huntington, Indiana. After said hearing the Council may take final action with regard to the proposed Resolution. The proposed Resolution and Applicant's materials are available for review and copying at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, Christi McElhaney, 2nd Floor, City Building, 300 Cherry Street, Huntington, Indiana. |
